Donate a Meal

I always brag how Cream City Casseroles customers are the best in the world and once again, you've proved me right.

On any given week, 30-50% of our casseroles are given as gifts. Sometimes it's to celebrate new homes, babies and important milestones. Other times, our meals help people cope with illness, injury or loss.

Your generosity quite simply, is remarkable.

If that weren't enough, several customers have asked about purchasing casseroles to donate to people in need. A warm home-cooked meal does wonders for the body and soul and a hearty casserole can be especially comforting during tough times.

So, based on your suggestion, I'm delighted to offer the option to Donate a Meal.

Customers may select Donate a Meal when ordering on to purchase a large casserole for a local nonprofit organization.

Cream City Casseroles works with the nonprofit to select an appropriate casserole and to coordinate delivery. Casseroles are delivered once or twice…

The Big Cheese

You may have noticed that Cream City Casseroles' menu changes from time to time. This is because we have so many wonderful repeat customers and I don't want anyone to get bored.
It's a delicate balance, I know.
I hate going to a restaurant wanting something specific and then not finding it on the menu. So I welcome your feedback when it comes to the menu. Really. If you love something, let me know. If you're not crazy about something, tell me. We're partners, you know ... partners in getting delicious, home style dinners in your oven.
All that said, I'm very excited to introduce my new Seven-Cheese Lasagna. Start with our very own slow-simmered tomato sauce, seasoned with mild Italian sausage, onions, garlic, Italian spices and a splash of red wine, then lovingly layer it with lasagna pasta and our eye-popping seven-cheese blend. Viola!

It was fun, but it was exhausting. My house is trashed, I gained 5 lbs. and the kids are bouncing off the walls.

We need structure and we need it NOW.

It's no wonder why every Jan. 1, I vow to be better organized and to eat healthier. I know I'm not alone, which is why I'm hosting a freezer meal party for us to get together and accomplish both goals.
